Can.Ch.Babylon's Black Magic Enlil
Born on June 06, 1993, Enlil came to us when is was already 1 1/2 years old. He was only supposed to stay here to obtain his Canadian Championship. Enlil has dropped ears and couldn't be shown in the United States but since the Canadian breed Standard allows the dropped ears Enlil first learned how to go on the leash and went on to obtain his Canadian Championship in just a few shows. To make a story short when time came for Enlil to return to his owner/breeder Mrs. Anna Morton, it was delayed because of her big move to beautiful Utah....well 8 years later Enlil is still with us. He was immediately neutered upon our decision to keep him and is now enjoying the Canadian climate. Not to forget he is my fierce protector. Enlil has also done well at obedience classes. He placed first in his 2 classes but sure made a fool out of me when we went at the real competition! But it's ok I love him just the same. His love for chasing the ducks at the river almost killed him in summer of 1999 as he got swamped by the strong current of our flooding river. I have no idea how he possibly managed to swim to safety about a 1/2 mile down... I hope I never have to go through something like this. He was very wet, cold and very happy to see me. I thought it had teach him a lesson but the very next week he went in the river and came back with a big smile on his face...go figure him out!
