Magic:
I use the Gold and Black can. You can find this product in basically
any drug stores. It is usually kept in the ethnic section. This
product was formulated for dark skin males who I am told are more prone to
razor bumps than lighter skin males.
-
Container:
I just use a plain old yogurt plastic container to mix
the magic in it....I find its shape just right in height and size.
-
Chopsticks
: Magic calls for a wooden spatula to mix the powder
with the water and I find this just do the right job.
-
Baggies
: I use the
Superstore brand...nothing fancy just buy the ones that comes with the twist
ties.
-
Elastic
bands : I went to the dog show and compared the
ones who were the softest in texture and the ones who were the easiest to
stretched. Just so it doesn't become uncomfortable for them to where
the bands while applying the magic.
-
Gloves
: I buy them by the box at the drug store.
Depending your hand size and what you feel comfortable with, basically any
kind will do...I try to stay away from the ones who have a powdery coating.
-
Timer
: One of your most important tool. It is very
important to not leave the magic on too long. I turn my timer on as
soon as I am finished applying the magic on.
-
Buff
Gloves : These can also be bought
at the drug store in the beauty department. I like to use them when I rinse
off the magic off the skin. I find the hair falls off
better...Now...please try to scrub this on yourself before you do it to your
dog. It is somewhat rough and you really need to go gently!
